After the verdict on Tsunduru by AP High Court, can we expect anything for the victims of Lakshmipetta.

After the verdict on Tsunduru by AP High Court, can we expect anything for the victims of Lakshmipetta. We always hail our 'judiciary' as 'holy cows'. Will the people who have lost their near dear ones, who fought and believed that in this 'democratic' set up will get justice. This is the real question. What does Indian state want now ? Is the 'democratic' exercise in India just to strengthen the 'Manuwad' and legitimise it? I visited the place with Sujatha Surepally in January. The spirit of the people is there but whether our judiciary is ready to honor that ? How to get 'witness' and 'evidence' for mass murders and mass rapes ? Do we need stringent laws or we need international agencies to monitor our judicial and political system too? As a nation, as a civil society, as a political system, we have failed and strengthened just the brahmanical values and virtues.
