ANTI FASCIST FILM FESTIVAL
Starting today till the elections are over I am going to post relevant excerpts from my films and from other anti-fascist, anti-communal films I come across. Do forward and share and ensure that this secular voice is not drowned out by the endless propaganda we see on TV and in our newspapers. Here is an excerpt from Ram Ke Naam made 23 years ago. Ram Ke Naam was completed before the final demolition of the Babri Mosque which polarized India, initiated Hindu-Muslim violence and led to increased terror attacks on both sides. The film completed in 1991-92 was meant to be a warning of what would happen if rising communal politics was not kept in check. The warning was not heeded. Today India is again on the crossroads. <iframe src="//player.vimeo.com/video/
