Casual Akhilesh and crime in UP

Dear Sir,

When two cousin sisters were raped and murdered at Sadatgung

village in Badaun, UP, CM Akhilesh Yadav reacts in a casual manner saying 

that the government is taking action : karbai ho raha hai. I am deeply pained

by the CM's heartlessness. I am sorry to say that my feeling is possibly he would understand the gravity of the situation if his young wife was raped and faced the similar treatment.Then he would realise whether compensation of Rs 5 lakh for a victim was a crude joke or not. Is UP under a mafia rule of caste terrorists? Are Dalit women a game

in UP, Haryana, Rajasthan etc? What are the Dalits doing to protect their life and liberty?
