Ram Dev Baba Case In Supreme Court of India
Today senior advocate Mukul Rohatagi appeared on behalf of Ram Dev Baba and as opponent only my Gorkela Sir appeared and overwhelmingly argued on his own. Even Adv.Mukul Rohatagi pleaded to Court that my sir was intervening in such way that they were not getting chance to present their case. Because of Sir's admirable argument Hon'ble Supreme Court ordered as follows: 1) Issued notice but on condition to deposit 10 lakh rupees within 2 weeks.2) Ram dev baba will incur all expenses of other probable litigants if all cases transferred to Delhi and if found guilty Ram Dev Baba will be punished accordingly.3) Now the counter and rejoinder will be filed and then it might get dismissed. 5) Issued stay only with respect to 4 FIR's. 6) No quashing of FIR allowed. 7) Refused to interfere in all other numerous FIR's lodged against Ram dev baba.
